What is Healthy Blue Care Together?
Healthy Blue Care Together (HBCT) is the single, statewide plan for the North Carolina Children and Families Specialty Plan. Healthy Blue Care Together provides access to seamless, dedicated and coordinated health care to Medicaid-enrolled children, youth and young adults currently and formerly served by the child welfare system.
